As part of the construction of a new strategic plan that gives a major place to sustainable development, the Sauermann Group Executive Committee recently selected On Air Consulting to lead a “Climate Fresk” training & team building workshop. The half-day of the Executive Committee was productive for the company's ESG strategy, and rich in individual and collective lessons, both technically and humanly.
